A unique design of a pile of wooden books made into a table lamp. Each wooden book has been hand carved in oak to look like a vintage leather bound book. The finished lamp then has six books piled randomly on top of each other. The quality lamp brass fittings add to the finish and include a moulded plug and the switch mounted onto the flex, meaning there is no fumbling required on the bulb holder feeling for the switch! The book pile is finished using natural oils and a beeswax polish which brings out the beauty of the oak and gives the whole piece a luxurious, golden feel. This lamp would look good in a library setting or as a desk lamp for a bibliophile. A bulb and shade, which are not included, need to be chosen to complete the lamp.
